Holafly says it wants us to "enjoy the experience of traveling with the peace of mind of being connected at all times." But I wasn't able to connect to phone or internet the entire time I was in Monaco, which was 1 day of my 5 day trip. So, you should not have such peace of mind. But it worked great in France.
